I called Jims moving to have a piano transferred to its new owner. The guys pulled up early, and introduced themselves and shook my hand when they came into my home, which I thought was most impressive. They were very respectful and took utmost care while they were inside my residence. After carefully loading my piano onto their 4 wheel cart, they maneuvered it through the doorways and out to their truck without scraping or running it into the walls and doorways. Not quite sure about the one star negative reviews, as I wasn't there, but from my own perspective, they did a fantastic job for me.

I had never used a moving company before and after talking to several happy customers, I decided to use Jim's. The crew that arrived worked very hard. They were very efficient. I felt bad for them because it was snowing and very cold out that day. They worked as fast as they could. They were very polite. I would never hesitate to use Jim's Moving Company again.
